Thank you for sharing your experience with fat loss. I am struggling to find out what is that I need to do to increase the belly, hips and thigh fat. I am on 1900 calories a day and exercise every day but there's a super slow weight loss. Maybe I have to look into the hormones too...? There's more research to be done for sure.
