It will Never be a Perfect Time to do what you Want

Now it’s the time!

If you are one of those people who always says: “I will do yoga when I have some time” or “I will start painting when I have some room in the house” or “I will write when I finish a degree” or “I will be happy when I have done x,y and z” you know that time never comes. There is always a reason not to do something.

It might be a perfect excuse your son or daughter needs you; work is important because I have to feed the family, but it only justifies why you are not doing what you want to do. I know for a fact that if you really want something you will do it. I wanted to have a degree in English Literature and no it wasn’t easy for me like for many.

If you put your mind to it

I had to work full-time, study part-time and pay for my education. It was hard because I had a full-time job and I had to read 2 or sometimes 3 books a week. I had to write a few essays too. English is not my mother tongue. I took extra classes on Saturdays in how to write essays in English. It’s called Anglo-Saxon way of writing essays! I had no time for anything just work and my studies.

I used to say “when I finish my degree I will be able to see my friends” or even “My life will start after the degree”. This degree was part-time so it took me four…
