How to Unlearn Limiting Beliefs and Achieve Anything you Desire

Anyone can pick themselves up and start changing.

The best way to start is to change one tiny detail in your life. Start with maybe getting up early and do some yoga for 30 days or whatever that may be.

Most important don’t start if you are going to stop.

One has to follow through with this. Give specific actions and outcomes with a clear timeline and deadline.

It’s all about trying something new.

Gaining new experience and making yourself feel, create and live. Fear is a huge thing when I try new things. Fear stops me from doing new things. I know what I like and what I don’t like.

Fear destroys my potential.

I will never get rid of my fear so I have to learn to live with it. The way I deal with it is I have to let the fear be. Let it live with me but don’t action things from fear. I take action from a place of love. It’s important to trust your gut and go with it. Your heart knows what’s right and what isn’t. Learn to listen to it.

Focus creates your reality.

If you focus on having drinks after work then that’s what you will do. If you focus on your goal or on what you’d like to achieve then that’s what you’ll see at the end.
