How to Unlearn Limiting Beliefs and Achieve Anything you Desire
We all have dreams. Dreams of finding the best partner. Dreams of getting the best job. Dreams of having a perfect home. Dreams of having perfect friends. Dreams of having perfect family. Some things we all want to have such as love, fulfilling jobs, partners, family and homes are universal. However, what stops us achieving what we would love?
We, as human beings, want to have what we perceive is going to be our dreams and fulfil those dreams. I often sabotage myself in achieving things I would love to have. For instance, I would be in a job I absolutely hate for years. I would complain but wouldn’t do anything about it. Sure, I might look for another job but that’s a massive effort.
Sometimes it’s just easier to sit and complain about current situation. It’s sad! I see people who spend their lives complaining and not actually doing anything about it. I see people who are afraid to try new things and just go for it. I met people who have a defeatist attitude. They would rather deconstruct themselves with a glass of aperol spritz than try a new business venture.
They tend to live in a vicious circle of how wonderful would that be and then pick up another huge glass of aperol spritz. By the time the drink is over they have forgotten what they thought of doing in a first place. The…
