Everyone is going mental because they have to be at home. My life hasn’t really changed much since we have been told we have to be at home. I do everything from home. My life is from home. I work, exercise, create and live from home. The tiny difference is now I cannot just go out for a walk or wonder off into a town.

It’s not easy to work from home because in essence you are your own boss. You’ve got your own tasks, goals and schedules but you decide when, how with whom you are going to execute what. Therefore, it’s a sort of practice to run yourself and your schedule. However, it’s challenging because there’s so many distractions. Phone rings, a message pops up from your social media channels and so on.

Many of us are guilty of it too even when we are at the desk in the office. How do you stay focused at home when no-one is around you? How do you actually get things done? Here’s a few tips that I’ve learned and am still mastering.

Discipline

I don’t always feel like doing things. I often want to have a day off when the day off is not yet deserved. Learning to do something, for instance, I am learning to code isn’t easy…
