The world is full of advice. Today I can go on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Linkedin and I will find not one but hundreds of coaches who cannot wait to teach me how to live. They all market themselves as the gurus on how to live from your soul, heart or whatever other smart word they come up with. I have gone to a coaching programme because I was dealing with my father’s death.
