Habits are learned so everything we can learn! It’s simple. We just need to have the will to do what we want to achieve. For me I have to understand that this is my habit that I do every day. I am sometimes not aware that I drink coffee like 3 times. I only register only 1. First awareness then reflection and then action…? Good luck with the clients!
