I totally agree no one is always confident at all times! The best experience and lesson in learning how to be confident (only when needed) I had was horse riding. I must say it’s much better than any coaching session!
I had to go and get a horse from a field. And trust me, if you are not confident and not sure of what you are doing, the horses will play around with you. However, when you are confident and know what you are doing (even though I have no clue) the result is so different.
In life, I find it’s the same. If you are confident in a meeting at work people treat you differently if you weren’t confident.
It’s always to try to get that balance in life in between confidence and just being.
