Coronavirus and its Benefits in this trying Time
With coronavirus and super depressing headlines, terrible predictions for the future and uncertainty there must be something good. The Chinese proverb says in every catastrophe there’s an opportunity. I saw some prediction headlines for higher divorce rates because the couples will be forced to spend more time with each other at home.
Some people doing podcasts on how to cope with your partner in this trying time. People are posting jokes on social media how men don’t want to stay at home with their wife and children. To all of that I say BS. There’s already many people divorcing and breaking up without coronavirus. People have already done all sorts of damage to each other without coronavirus.
I believe no human should cause pain to another. It should always be about love, care and more love. After all, why are we here? Love is the highest form of being and humans have access to it. Why not feel it more, have it more, share it more, be more…?
I want to talk about love.
I get my husband with me all day long for however long. Life is unpredictable and we have no idea how much time we have on this planet. If I get more time with the love of my life I am so blessed in this uncertain time. Every minute is precious. It’s silly to complain or even predict divorces just because people spend time together. People should embrace precious time that’s given.
If people are together for the wrong reasons, yes sure, it’s guaranteed to highlight peoples’ differences. That’s not because of the virus or people spend more time together. It’s because they are wrong for each other. We are so quick to jump into bad predictions and conclusions, I guess it’s human nature…?
Remember Valentine’s day wasn’t that long ago. Everyone was showing love and giving roses to women. Couples went away for a weekend and wanting to spend more time with each other. Now, it’s your chance! It’s a blessing in disguise! You have more time for each other, you can say nicer things, do nicer things to each other, you can give more attention, care and love.
Love should be celebrated every day of one’s life. I believe in a long term love not just flowers, looking pretty, sexy lingerie, make up and high heels for a Valentine’s get away. I believe in love that lasts and conquers all the challenges along the way. This coronavirus is giving you so much time for you to create what you’ve always dreamt of and complained to your friends about.
People should be celebrating they have an opportunity to spend more time with each other. Have more hugs, kisses, eat three meals together and experience more love. People do complain how they need more time for each other now there’s an opportunity!!!! Instead the world goes mad by complaining in trying to find mechanism how to cope with one another.
How about we all have more love, care, appreciation, understanding and truly appreciate every second spent with your loved ones. No one knows how much we have on this earth so take a chance and love more.
